FACHACCIA 
1 box hot roll mix
12 oz. Ricotta cheese
16 oz. sauteed mushrooms
1 egg, beaten
1 lg. cased hot sausage (broken open and cooked in 1/4 c. water)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
Fresh/frozen spinach (chopped to taste)

Make hot roll mix as directed on package. Roll out like pizza. Mix tomato paste, mushrooms, and sausage water; mix to desired consistency (add more water if needed).

Spread tomato mixture on dough and sprinkle with Romano cheese. Add meat, Ricotta cheese and spinach to taste. Roll up dough jelly roll style, then join ends to form ring. Baste dough with beaten egg and sprinkle slightly with Romano cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
