SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes (4 lg.) or used canned yams, drained and decrease sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Mix all ingredients and put in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. If fresh potatoes are used, boil, peel and mash first.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
