SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes or 1 lg. can yams; drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped almonds

Smash together first 6 ingredients and put in 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole dish. Topping: Mix well and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
