BAR - B - Q SANDWICHES 
3 lbs. stew meat
2 c. water

Simmer 4 hours. Drain and reserve liquid. Mash meat. Brown 1 large onion in 2 teaspoons butter. Add 1 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons mustard, 2 teaspoons salt, and a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Add to mashed meat. Let stand until served (overnight is best). Serve on buns.
