BAR-B-Q FOR 220 SANDWICHES 
30 lbs. hamburger
1 gal. ketchup
2 (28 oz.) jars Open Pit sauce
1 doz. onions, chopped
2 lbs. brown sugar
1/2 c. yellow mustard
Cornstarch or oatmeal to thicken

Brown hamburger and onions, drain grease. Add other ingredients and cook down - use cornstarch or quick oatmeal to thicken a bit.
