BAR-BQ SANDWICHES 
1 (4 lb.) pot roast
1 c. tomato sauce
1 sm. catsup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 med. onion
1/2 c. celery
Salt
Pepper

Cook meat until done. Remove fat. Debone; shred. Mix with other ingredients. Simmer on low 1 hour. Add to buns.
