BAR-B-QUE BEEF SANDWICHES 
5-6 lb. beef roast
1 (26 oz.) jar catsup
1 qt. ginger ale

Bake for 5 hours in a 300 degree oven or put into crock pot and cook all day on medium temperature. Take meat off the bone and shred up a little. Cook on higher heat to cook off excess liquid. Leftover sauce will freeze well, just add cooked ground beef and heat.
