CURRY DIP WITH VEGETABLES 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 hard cooked eggs, grated very fine
1 to 2 green onions, finely chopped
Curry powder
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp or crab drain and sprinkle with juice of 1/2 (fresh) lemon

Mix all well. Season to taste with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour above into bowl. Center on serving tray and surround with fresh vegetables (and fruits) of your choice.
