NUTTY BLEU CHEESE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/4 c. (1 oz.) bleu cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1/2-3/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Assorted fresh vegetables

Combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well. Stir in nuts; cover and chill. Serve with vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers.
