1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell

Mix butter, eggs, milk, brown sugar, cornstarch and vanilla in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Pour in baked pie shell. Let cool and enjoy. You can garnish with meringue.
