BEER/BROWN SUGAR KIELBASA
1 kielbasa
1/3 of a 1 lb bag of brown sugar
1 can beer

In a saucepan, simmer beer and brown sugar for a few minutes (be careful as it overflows easily). Spray a shallow baking pan with non-stick spray. Put Kielbasa in pan, pour mixture over and baste frequently.

Simmer for about 45 minutes at 325°F in oven until browned. This can also be made in a Dutch oven on the stove-top on medium-low.

Great flavor! Also for variation, try this ... Heat pan, drizzle olive oil, add diced garlic and thin slices of apples, and if you are brave, some raisins and walnuts... Then add the beer and brown sugar... Then add kielbasa sliced into same pan, stir, cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes, then add sauerkraut on top, stir and cover again another 5 minutes and yummylicious

It sounds delicious and I'm excited to try it but I wish it was a little more detailed (where to cook-stove top/oven, temperature, kielbasa-raw or cooked, sliced or whole, etc)
