CHEESE DIP 
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. chipped beef, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Heat at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Serve warm on assorted crackers.
