GROUND BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
4 oz. med. noodles (cooked and drained)
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese (cubed)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 or 3 green onions (chopped)
1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown beef, drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and onions. Cook about 20 minutes. Add cubed cream cheese to hot noodles. Mix well then stir in sour cream.

Layer 1/2 cooked tomato mixture, all noodles, the other 1/2 of tomato mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
