SOUR CREAM BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves
2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
Parsley for garnish

Mix sour cream, pepper, lemon, paprika and garlic in a shallow pan. Place well washed chicken breasts in this mixture, turning them several times to cover with sour cream mixture. Refrigerate, covered, overnight or at least 6 hours. Roll each sauce covered breast in bread crumbs and place in baking dish. Pour 1/4 cup of butter over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour remaining 1/4 cup butter over and bake another 15 minutes. Garnish before serving with chopped fresh parsley.

This is a very nice company dish because it requires no last minute assembling.
