1 pt. fish (save half of liquid)
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. meal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix well. Drop by teaspoons into hot oil. Brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Very good!
