Graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Cherry pie filling or strawberries

Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until creamy. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Top with filling or fruit. Chill.
