PORK TENDERLOIN WRAP UPS 
1 pork tenderloin
1 large red onion
1 or 2 tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 lb. bacon
garlic salt
pepper
Swiss cheese

Cut pork in two inch sections. Slice onion and tomatoes. Cut peppers into quarters. Take two slices of bacon and make an X. Place a slice of pork in center and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Place green pepper, slice of onion and tomato on top. Pull up bacon slices and secure with a toothpick down the center. Place wrap ups on grill over coals and cover grill.

Bake for 1 hour, when done, put slice of cheese on wrap ups and close grill for 30 seconds.
