TOLL HOUSE PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. (9 oz.) chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped almonds, walnuts, or pecans
2 (9 inch) unbaked graham cracker pie crusts
Whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Make two graham cracker crusts. Put in freezer while blending pie filling.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar, and brown sugar. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with cream or ice cream.
