1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. coconut
3 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients together and put into an unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
