FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 UNBAKED pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. white vinegar
1 can angel flake coconut
3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until pie is set. Do not over cook.
