FRENCH COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
3 whole eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 stick melted butter
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook at 350 degrees until golden brown.
