FRENCH COCONUT PIE WITH
CHOCOLATE CHIPS
 
1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. coconut
1/2 pkg. chocolate chips (sm. pkg.)

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle chocolate chips over pie.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until pie is set. If crust gets too brown. Cover with foil the last few minutes of baking time.
