BETTY TRAYLOR'S FRENCH COCONUT
PIE
 
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 sm. can angel flake coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring, milk, and coconut; mix well. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees), 40 minutes or until firm in center. Cool to serve.
