MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 lg. can French style green beans
1 lg. can shoe peg corn
1 can peas (sm. ones)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pimento
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine and bring to a boil sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Combine with all vegetables. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 8 hours or overnight.
