MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
2 c. broccoli florets 1 c. cauliflower florets 2 med. size carrots 1 sm. red onion 1 med. zucchini squash 1 med. yellow crookneck squash 1 c. fresh mushrooms 6 artichoke hearts, quartered 1 c. Good Seasons Italian dressing Slice carrots, zucchini, squash, mushrooms into bite size pieces. Slice onion. Put all ingredients in a large, covered bowl. Add salad dressing, mix thoroughly; cover and store in refrigerator to chill. This salad should be made 3 to 5 hours before serving for best results but will keep for 2 to 3 days. |
