MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can white whole corn
1 sm. can LeSueur peas
1 can French style green beans
2/3 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Drain, then combine first 5 ingredients. Set them aside. In saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Pour in Good Seasons dressing mix and remove from burner. Place vegetables in a bowl. Pour marinade over vegetables. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
