SHRIMP SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
2 (4 oz.) cans shrimp, drain and soak as directed on label
1 to 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped fine
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

In small mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with crackers or vegetables. Keep refrigerated.
