HERSHEY SYRUP BROWNIES AND
FROSTING
 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
4 eggs (2 at a time)
1 c. + 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey syrup
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. milk
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

BROWNIES: Mix together well the brownie ingredients in the order given. Bake the brownies at 350 degrees about 25 minutes. Don't underbake. A teflon pan works best to bake these brownies in. Cool.

FROSTING: Boil the sugar, milk and butter for 1 minute. Remove from stove. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and vanilla; stir until thick. Frost brownies.
