FROSTING: 1 1/2 c. white sugar 6 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. milk Cook until it comes to a boil - cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat, add: 1/2-3/4 c. chocolate chips Stir and beat until spreadable. Mint Filling: 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, milk to make spreadable - add 1/2 teaspoon mint flavoring and green color. Spread on bars before frosting. |
