HERSHEY SYRUP BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 can Hershey syrup
1 c. flour
Dash of salt

Mix and spread in 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. white sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk

Cook until it comes to a boil - cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat, add: 1/2-3/4 c. chocolate chips

Stir and beat until spreadable.

Mint Filling: 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, milk to make spreadable - add 1/2 teaspoon mint flavoring and green color. Spread on bars before frosting.
