THE BEST POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted, divided
1 c. chopped yellow onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. corn flakes

Thaw potatoes. Mix 1/2 stick butter with corn flakes; set aside. Mix remainder of ingredients. Spread potato mixture in glass baking dish. Spread with flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
