BEST EVER POTATOES 
1 env. dry onion soup
6-8 lg. red potatoes, wash & slice with peelings on, like French fries
1/2 c. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Spread potatoes on a 10"x14" pan with 1/2 " edges. Sprinkle soup mix over potatoes and dot with butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees. After 20 minutes, stir to mix soup and potatoes. Cover and continue baking until done. Great accompaniment to beef and poultry. Serves 6 to 8.
