1 lb. smoked sausage 4-6 med. potatoes (peeled) (cut lengthwise) 1-2 cans green beans Water In a large covered saucepot combine green beans and potatoes. Add water to 1 inch below top of pan. Add salt and pepper as desired. Cook, uncovered, on medium high to high until potatoes are soft. Add smoked sausage, whole, on top. Cover and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes longer. |
