HASH BROWN DELIGHT 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
10 oz. grated cheese
1/2 c. grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. onion flavor potato chips, crushed
1/2 stick butter

Combine potato chips and butter. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole. Top with potato chip and butter mixture. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Check for browness.

NOTE: Crushed corn flakes may be used instead of potato chips.
