HAMBURGER DELIGHT 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 can corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
9 or 10 sliced potatoes
Salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Brown hamburger. Add 2 cans soup, 1 can water, 1/2 in each can. Mix in vegetables. Pour mixture into large casserole dish. Layer potatoes on top. Pour last can of soup on top without water. Cheese can be placed on top of potatoes, if desired. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
