HASHBROWN PICANTE QUICHE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 bag shredded hashbrowns
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c. picante sauce
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Sausage, sliced

In 1-quart dish, melt butter in the microwave. Add hashbrowns, grated cheese, picante sauce and sliced sausage. Combine the eggs and milk and shake in quiche shake or whisk. Pour over other ingredients. Microwave on high until center comes clean with knife, about 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
