1 pkg. Potato O'Briens
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1 ring chopped polish sausage
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix in bowl above ingredients and mix well. Works best if Potato O'Briens are slightly thawed. Place in casserole dish that has been slightly greased and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top.
