HASHBROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 (1 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Add potatoes. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour mixture in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. |
