HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 carton sour cream
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Saute onions. Combine all other ingredients except butter. Place in a 9"x12" baking pan. Crumble enough Cheese Nips to cover top of casserole. Pour 1/2 cups melted butter over Cheese Nips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
