DELICIOUS EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2#) pkg. frozen hashbrowns
1 can celery soup
1 can potato soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
(May use cream of mushroom or chicken soup)
May add some chopped ham if desired

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand until potatoes are thawed and mix can be stirred. Turn into a greased 9 by 13 pan. Sprinkle chopped parsley over top also sprinkle with paprika for color. Bake uncovered for about 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Serves 12 to 15. Topping 1/2 cup grated cheese, 1/2 cup crushed potato chips or corn flakes. Bake 15 minutes more until melted, may use more cheese and chips, if desired.
