CAN'T FAIL DIVINITY | |
2 cups sugar 1/2 cup water pinch of salt 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme (Kraft) 1/2 cup nuts or fruit 1 tsp. vanilla Boil sugar, water and salt until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water (250-266°F on candy thermometer). Place marshmallow creme in mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup. Continue stirring until slightly stiff. Fold in nuts or fruit and vanilla. Drop from spoon onto waxed paper Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended. Makes 24 servings. |
