1 lg. strawberry Jello Mix 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust 12 fresh strawberries or 1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries 1/2 c. crushed walnuts 1. Mix Jello Mix according to package directions. 2. Refrigerate until slightly hardened. 3. Remove from refrigerator and add the whipped whipping cream and put in 9 inch graham cracker pie crust. Garnish with crushed walnuts and strawberries and refrigerate unitil hard. Makes a nice after dinner dessert. | |

Make sure that the water added to the Jell-O is hot enough. Then be sure to let it gel until thickened before stirring or beating in the whipped cream.
