1 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. box sugar free strawberry Jello
3 c. fresh strawberries

Cook water, sugar, and cornstarch until thick and clear. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Cool in ice water for 10 minutes. Add strawberries. Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell. Top with diet Cool Whip.

Exchange: 1/6 pie = 1 starch, 1 fruit and 1 fat.
