STRAWBERRY JELLO PIE 
1 baked pie crust
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 or 2 sliced bananas
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 pkg. frozen strawberries

Take 1 package of cherry Jello, put 1 1/2 cups of water instead of 2. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar. When slightly set, add 1 package of strawberries, thawed. Slice bananas and put into pie crust. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, put over bananas, saving enough to decorate around pie rim. Pour Jello mixture over cheese filling. Decorate top with remaining cheese filling. Cool and refrigerate. Pan size: 9 inch. Preparation time: 10 minutes.
