JELLO GLAZED STRAWBERRY PIE -
MICROWAVED
 
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
1/4 c. strawberry Jello
4 c. halved fresh strawberries
Baked 9" pastry shell

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a large bowl; gradually stir in water. Microwave, uncovered, at high for 7-9 minutes or until thickened and clear, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in gelatin; set aside to cool. Arrange strawberries to cover bottom of pastry shell; cover with gelatin mixture. Refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
