1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 qt. strawberries
Red food coloring

Mix sugar, water and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add food coloring. Remove from heat. Add Jello and cool to lukewarm. Pour over strawberries in pie shell and chill.
