PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. water
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
Walnuts (if desired)

Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Add water and mix well. Pour into muffin tins lined with papers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. These freeze well.
