SHERRIED PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. cream sherry
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. canned pumpkin

Combine dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir just until blended. Pour into greased muffin tins. (Can add raisins if desired.) Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
