CREOLE FRANKS 
5 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 lbs. hot dogs
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Cook bacon but not too crisp. Add onion and cook until tender, but not brown. Stir in pineapple juice, catsup and chili powder. Slice franks into diagonal pieces. Add to the sauce. Cover, bring to a boil. Add green pepper. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Serve on rice.
