SAUCY FRANKS 
5 slices bacon, cut into sm. pieces
1/4 c. diced green onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. jumbo frankfurters, cut diagonally into 1 inch pieces
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. chili powder
Hot cooked rice (optional)

Combine bacon, green onions and green pepper in a large skillet; cook over medium high heat until bacon is crisp and vegetables are tender. Drain. Add frankfurters, juice, catsup, water and chili powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
