CELEBRATION BIRTHDAY CAKE 
1/2 c. Irish Mist
2 c. heavy cream
2 (9 inch) chocolate cake layers

Whip Irish Mist and cream until of spreading consistency. Split each cake layer into two thin layers. Frost between layers and top of cake with whipped cream. Chill for several hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate curls and walnuts, if desired.
